Return and Refund Policy of HeyRainy

At HeyRainy, we take pride in creating handmade, unique pieces for you to cherish. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Please review our return and refund policy below:

1. Returns
- Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for earrings.  
- Other Items: If there are defects with your purchase (excluding earrings), you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.  

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@heyrainy.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

2. Refunds
- Refunds are not allowed. Based on case by case basis. 
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged item).  

3. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within **24 hours** of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging in your email.  
- We will gladly offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability and your preference.  

4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for non-earring items. if the item is defective or incorrect.  
- To request an exchange, please contact us at hello@heyrainy.com with your order number and details of the issue.  

5. Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons).  
- Custom or personalized orders (unless damaged or defective).  
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
