Shipping Policies of HeyRainy (Singapore)

1. Shipping Areas  
   - We currently ship to all addresses within Singapore.  
   - International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Fees  
   - Standard Shipping (3-7 working days) $5.00. 
   - Free shipping for orders above $50.  

3. Processing Time
   - Each piece is handmade and may require 3-5 working days for processing before shipping. (Unless items are instock, 1-2 working days for processing before shipping)
   - During peak seasons, processing times may be longer. We will notify you if there are any delays.

4. Delivery Time 
   - Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 working days within Singapore.  
   - Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping provider and public holidays.

5. Tracking Your Order
   - Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages  
   - If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.  
   - For lost packages, please reach out to us, and we will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.

7. Non-Delivery Due to Incorrect Address
   - Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
